Designing Success was invited to participate in HUD’s Jobs Plus Conference in Washington, D.C. Designing Success joined with HUD staff and program grantees from across the country to learn more about the Jobs Plus Program. The three-day conference stimulated robust discussion on community support for work, financial incentives, program basics for new grantees, and program experience from first-round grantees.

Many new features have been added to Tracking At-A-Glance® recently. These include: the ability to track longitudinal changes in an individual Work History record, a direct link to MIT’s Living Wage Calculator, the option to calculate employment income based on hourly wages entered in the Work History record, and the addition of annual income and assistance amounts.

Tracking At-A-Glance® now features an optional Jobs Plus module. This module automatically generates the HUD-required report for Jobs Plus. This report is automatically updated each time a countable activity is entered in TAAG. Our Jobs Plus module features a dedicated screen that captures enrollment in the program, identification of resident needs, and verification of employment, living wage, and continuous employment.
