Designing Success was awarded a contract with the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development to track their Housing Choice Voucher Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Program.

Designing Success will be providing training over the next few days for the City and County of San Francisco. The Mayor’s Office of Housing is currently utilizing the software for their HOPESF Program and requested additional training for new and seasoned grantees, including those overseeing the Alice Griffith Choice Neighborhoods Program.

The Resident Services Department of the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA) is currently utilizing TAAG for their community-based programs. Designing Success will be on-site to assist TAAG users with further customization of the software to achieve the desired outcomes for their Community Safety Partners (CSP) and Housing Based Day Supervision (HBDS) programs.
