At Designing Success, our implementation plans begin even before the signatures reach the paper. Based on what you told us about your needs, we begin preliminary planning on the best strategy to ensure a seamless implementation. In most cases Tracking At-A-Glance® can be up and running within 48 hours.

How do we do this? At Designing Success, we understand that the overall purpose is to help you help the people you serve. Because our system is flexible and modular, we can offer many options in implementing your Tracking At-A-Glance® system based on what is best for your organization.

From the start of your implementation, our training team is in contact with your organization. They work with your staff to prepare a customized training curriculum in order to lay a strong foundation on which to build skill acquisition for the entire staff.

Our training includes a customization component directed towards agency administrators. During this portion of the training, participants become skilled at utilizing the customization methods available for all areas of the application. The centerpiece of our training curriculum is the comprehensive walk-through of the entire Tracking At-A-Glance® application. During this session, we take the users through the complete intake process including adding or importing an individual, needs and risk assessments, planning, referrals and milestones, and work history.

As we demonstrate in training the extensive array of information tracked, we also emphasize the application’s robust reporting capabilities. This gives users the ability to search, report or export any information in the system. Other features that are highlighted include ease of entry and access to case notes, activity tracking, grant reporting, form letter creation and mail merge, address label printing, document storage and retrieval and appointment tracking.

Our curriculum also includes hands-on sessions for all users that enables them to put their newly attained knowledge to use. At Designing Success we are conscious of your dollars. We will at times recommend online training as opposed to on-site, depending on the number of users to be trained and the material to be covered.

Training Webinars

Designing Success conducts monthly training webinars on a variety of topics related to the Tracking At-A-Glance® software. The webinars serve as a great supplemental and continuing training tool for new and seasoned staff to learn more about TAAG. Subscribers receive training on areas such as Resident Record, New Program Features, Corporate Customization, and much more. The webinars are conducted remotely and users can participate from any location. The webinars are also archived on each client’s site so they can be viewed anytime and anywhere.

Technical Support

The continued success of the Tracking At-A-Glance® system relies upon support policies and practices that are unmatched in our industry. Our support staff is qualified and rigorously trained to assist users in any way possible. We pride ourselves with having a live representative answer every technical support phone call.

In addition to calling, you can also send technical support requests directly from Tracking At-A-Glance® with a few mouse clicks. The system will relay these requests to our support specialists as well as other key people throughout the organization to ensure a quick response. We boast a response time of between 5 and 15 minutes on most requests.

Custom Programming

One of the ways that Designing Success stands out is that, when our users speak, we listen. We welcome and encourage user recommendations and suggestions for additions, revisions and improvements to the application.

We often incorporate user suggestions into the application whenever they prove to be a value-added enhancement. And, of course, there is never a charge for this service, just a sincere thank-you for your contribution.

Occasionally, there may be a need for custom programming specific to the organization. In these instances, we offer full custom programming services. Our team works with you to identify the need and the scope of the project, explore all possible solutions, and then design, develop and implement the ideal solution.

Database Population

Designing Success offers clients an option to populate their database with basic client demographic and income information. We provide a custom Excel spreadsheet that will be used to populate the database with the pertinent information. Users will be able to begin working immediately with their client records pre-loaded into the system.

Database Hosting

Designing Success offers database hosting to those clients that wish to eliminate the need to maintain a server for their data. This service also includes daily backups, anti-virus protection, server upgrades, and all Windows/SQL Server/ColdFusion updates. We will host your database in the latest state of the art technology including:

  • Redundant Intel Xeon dual quad-core i7 64-bit servers
  • Clustered Microsoft SQL Enterprise 2008 Servers

Our servers are co-located at a facility with multiple security features including:

  • Firewalls utilize the same encryption technology for data that is used in online banking and are fully redundant
  • Redundant physical and electronic access control, including cameras, 24x7x365 alarm monitoring with emergency response and cellular backup

You will access your data through load balanced/redundant Enterprise 64-bit web servers. This configuration ensures the quickest response times for even the largest of queries. Integrated high-availability technology assures your accessibility. Redundant power feeds, automatic transfer switches and an emergency generator provide an uninterrupted supply of power.
